CONIO ITALIAN POLE BEAN 100g

An oval-shaped ivory coloured pole bean from the Province of Imperia in Italy. It is a fleshy, soft and delicate flavoured bean, excellent fresh or dried. These beans are best boiled and served with extra-virgin olive oil. The most typical local recipe pairs these beans with stewed goat. We brought some of these beans back from Terra Madre in Turin 2008. They have been grown out for us here in Southern Ontario. Heirloom. 100g
