Started this kale indoors and transplanted the seedlings in late May. They have grown wonderfully. I make green smoothies and kale stir fry with the leaves. Planted about 15 this year and it has supplied enough for weekly harvest for 2 people.

I bought this seed on a visit to Toronto. I live in Peterborough, Ontario. I have a big garden, and use lots of different seeds from various seed companies. I was just in the garden yesterday, planting, and taking notes about what I planted today in my notebook, and had a big circle beside my Dinosaur Kale, Red Russian Kale, and Brassica seeds. It says "I LOVE THIS SEED! ORDER MORE!". I have ordered seeds from some of the bigger seed companies in Canada, and just didn't want to order from them this year...this seed produces beautiful, deep green Kale that is as nourishing as it is beautiful. Thank you so much, and I have now found my seed company.
